Fax the completed form to us at: 360-825-1005 Or email your form to: Info@casinocalendars.com We will then give you a call and get the design process started.
Follow these instructions for customizing your calendar. To assist in making the process of customizing the inside pages easy, 2 different forms are provided for your convenience. Choose one above and follow the directions provided in the instructions and on this sample calendar page.
Your order can be placed at any time and your calendars will be delivered within 5 weeks after final proof approval. Allow 2-4 weeks for the design process depending on the level of complexity including design of a custom cover if requested.
